These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kratomtopia.com ("Site," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and that kratom is legal in your jurisdiction. Residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, and Connecticut are prohibited from participating due to local kratom bans.
You may only create one account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Multi-account creation to farm Grams or circumvent bans will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Grams balance.
All users must follow our Community Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations may result in post removal, Grams deduction, suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion.
Earning Grams: Grams are earned by participating in the community (posting quality content, completing challenges, referrals, etc.) as described on the Site. Grams have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
Redemptions: Grams may be redeemed for kratom products as listed in our Redemption Store, subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the redemption program at any time with or without notice.
Discretion: All redemptions are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to deny any redemption request that we believe was obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Forfeiture: Grams may be forfeited if your account is suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
Redeemed products are shipped within the contiguous United States only, excluding states where kratom is banned. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. See our Shipping & Redemption Policy for full details.
By posting content on Kratomtopia, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate that content on the Site. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you post. We are not responsible for user-generated content and do not endorse any opinions expressed by users.
We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
KRATOM PRODUCTS REDEEMED THROUGH THE SITE ARE NOT FDA-APPROVED AND ARE NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE OR HEALTH CONDITION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRATOMTOPIA.COM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE GRAMS PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GRAMS BALANCE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kratomtopia.com and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or site notice. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
