Shipping & Redemption Policy

How Redemptions Work

Grams are earned by contributing quality content to the Kratomtopia community. Once you've accumulated enough Grams, you can redeem them for real kratom products shipped directly to you — at no cost.

1. Visit the Redeem page and choose your product and strain
2. Enter your shipping address
3. Submit your redemption request
4. Our team reviews and approves your request (typically within 1–3 business days)
5. Your order ships via USPS First Class or Priority Mail
6. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is processed

Shipping Details

• Shipping is free — we cover all shipping costs on redeemed orders
• Domestic US only — we ship to the contiguous 48 states (no Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories at this time)
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after approval
• Carrier: USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight
• Tracking information will be provided when available

Banned States — We Cannot Ship To

Kratom is banned or restricted in the following states. We do not ship to these states and redemption requests from these addresses will be denied:

• Alabama
• Arkansas
• Indiana
• Rhode Island
• Vermont
• Wisconsin
• Connecticut

It is your responsibility to ensure kratom is legal in your jurisdiction before submitting a redemption. Laws change — check your local regulations.

Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to redeem Grams. By submitting a redemption request, you confirm you are 21+. We reserve the right to request age verification and to cancel orders if we have reason to believe a user is underage.

Redemption Approval

All redemptions are reviewed by our moderation team before being processed. We reserve the right to deny any redemption request at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases where:

• Grams were earned through abuse, fraud, or multi-account activity
• The shipping address is in a banned state
• The account is under review for policy violations
• The request appears fraudulent or suspicious

Denied redemptions will have their Grams refunded to your account balance.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us at kratomtopia@gmail.com with your redemption details. We will investigate with the carrier and, where confirmed lost, may offer a one-time replacement at our discretion. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Product Availability

Products and strains in the Redemption Store are subject to availability. If a requested strain is unavailable, we will contact you to select an alternative or cancel and refund your Grams.

No Returns / No Refunds

Because kratom is a consumable product, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kratomtopia@gmail.com and we will make it right.
