It’s a critical time for kratom advocacy. Here in Minnesota, the state just passed legislation raising the legal age to 21, effective August 1st. While this aligns kratom with alcohol and cannabis, it’s a better outcome than the bans we're seeing in places like Iowa or Ohio’s emergency scheduling.
​The American Kratom Association is currently pushing for "surgical" regulations capping synthetic 7-OH while protecting natural leaf access. Supporting the Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA) is our best defense against total prohibition. Stay informed and reach out to your representatives; our voices are what keep the "game" legal!
