I was wondering if anyone here has used Kava long term? I read something online that said that long term usage of Kava can lead to scaly skin issues and was wondering if anyone here has experience with Kava? Can anyone here confirm its not good to use long term because of this?

I ordered some Kava Chips and was going to soak them in water and try some out. I read online that people mix Kava with Kratom and it potentiates it making it even better. I plan on trying it whenever my package arrives but I might not take the Kratom that day just to experience Kava in itself. Anyone here tried Kava long term?
