If you couldn't use kratom what would you use?

In place for these:

Pain reduction:

Relaxation:

Anxiety reduction:

Sleep inducing:

Mood lifting:

Helps with sociability:

Inspires creativity:

Also, if you couldn't get CBD or THC, either. And, maybe things that can be taken together (and things that aren't bad on our bodies, of course), since as we know kratom does all this and more for us. It would be hard to find something that does all kratom does and also is harm reducing. I think this would be something good for everyone to have in the back of their mind with all the awful bans going on right now. Thank you.

I would probably just enjoy my caffeine and nicotine I suppose honestly you just opened up a thought I never had before! It would be truly awful thinking about having to take Tylenol and anything else big pharma pushes there are a bunch of botanical teas herbs and leaves that the government won't pay attention too and if that what has to be done I guess I'll find myself drinking yerba mate and ginsing teas and most definitely kava!
Adding to that, kanna is another great thing. Sometimes I top a little kanna extract in my kratom tea. I get a bottle on Amazon for about 10 bucks. I don't really get a buzz or anything from it, but I do notice a better overall mood and i think it gets me more out of my kratom too.
So I use Kratom gummies and also THC/CBD/CBG/CBN gummies but if I could use any of those I would use Kava for anxiety probably even though I've never tried it before and for pain I would use turmeric and ibuprofen(synthetic I know), ashwaganda, and perhaps melatonin as needed. I'm looking into all natural substances after finding Kratom I've found a new admiration for botanicals.
I used to use phenibut like 5 years ago and it was actually amazing. It hits your GABA receptors kinda like a benzo or gabapentin. It relieved my anxiety and made me so social. Which is definitely not my cup of tea. Its a nootropic you can buy from vitamin/supplements shops.
