Difference between Kratom, 7oh, Mgm, Hirsuta, Psuedo?

So I've been looking around online and at my local smoke shop at different products and I keep seeing these five. Now I've taken Kratom so I'm familiar with that and I know about 7oh and that its another Kratom alkaloid but I'm curious about these other substances? Are they all derived from Kratom? Are they all synthetic or semi synthetic?
I'm so interested in Kratom and the science of it all, I simply cant get enough. Has anyone here tried MGM, Hirsuta and Psuedo and can give me a detailed (please) explanation of their uses and effects? Thank you so much!
