So from what I understand this extract was broke down with citrus acids to make it into a salt consistency so that the body can absorb it faster. Definitely not an understatement either!
Friday morning before work I popped a capsule and headed to work about 20-25 minutes after arriving to my job it was kicking and I was up and running for my whole shift.
