What happens to you if you don't have kratom?
Quote from RRM on March 8, 2021, 2:55 pmTruthfully, I find myself a bit more irratible for the next few days. I crave caffeine, chocolate a bit more. I do not have cold sweats, nor do I obsess over it. Even this condition goes away in a few days. That's only my experience.

Taper off for a week or two or maintain an extra low dose like half a gram 3x daily, or stop entirely for a little while. Every little but helps to reduce tolerance. Switching up strains can only do so much. Tolerance really doesnt build fast with kratom initially but its not magic.
I suffer chronic pain issues n low energy levels due to fibro , n I work 6 days a week ....idk how i would manage a T break n maintain my normal routine....do u take other supplements ( cld u share what would help )while on T break ? I just dont know if cld do it tbh?!

Quote from twiztidninja88 on March 9, 2021, 8:56 pmI get irritable, super sweaty!!! I already have anxiety disorders that I take medication for, BUT without Kratom, my anxiety shoots up super high and triggers panic attacks!

The anxiety is the worssst, ugh. Apparently adrenergic medications like clonidine and guanfacine can reduce the anxiety symptoms since they both work on adrenergic receptors - but I'd love to find a natural alternative that affects adrenergic receptors similarly.
If you're sensitive to anxiety like me, it just means you have to taper very slowly and carefully and be very mindful about your dosing. Kratom is delicate.

Quote from ndjohnson8 on March 12, 2021, 3:44 pmI get restless legs, irritable & a bit icky feeling. It's really not that bad with Kratom just a bit annoying. I've never had withdrawals from another substance before though so I don't have anything to compare it to.

Quote from Iroticiv on March 13, 2021, 6:22 pmI use to worry about that and decided to buy kilos and store in a cool dry place. If I did happen to be out my guess it would be akin to not having your cigarettes if you were a smoking. It would suck. Probably go through minor withdrawal.
