Quote from Sonny on February 19, 2021, 1:38 pmI seem to anticipate withdrawal as I would from heroin so I try not to run out but I would like to know if anyone has any advice on how to help with that so when I do run out I will still be okay? Thank you

Just keep in mind that Kratom is really not that addictive, it's like going from drinking coffee everyday to not drinking coffee.
That's pretty much my advice. Basically, don't be scared of running out, and know that it's not gonna be anything like Heroin withdrawal.
The mind is a powerful thing, and just by believing you're gonna go into withdrawal could put you in withdrawal, even if there is practically no physical withdrawal.

Quote from MrsJab on February 19, 2021, 1:45 pmThere are no withdrawl symptoms. I have taken Kratom for about a decade. I take it every day I'm at work, but generally do not take it the 3 days I'm off work. I have also been at my cabin for weeks at a time without taking Kratom. There are no symptoms at all. I also have never had to increase my dosage. I still take the same amount today that I took my very first time.

Quote from tjwll on February 19, 2021, 3:00 pmI find that there is no withdrawal if I keep up with exercise, otherwise I feel that when I go off.

It has a lot to do with our overall health. Hydration and gut health play a huge part in kratoms effects. And yes i agree with it being a mental thing. People go into it expecting severe withdraw so they in fact get severe symptoms. Stay active, and eat right and you'll have no issues. Been 4 years for me and I dont get withdraw if i dont take it. Just lazy and i get headaches. NOTHING like heroin withdraw.
