The thing I like least about it is sleep loss, I've been trying to take less to lessen this effect since I can't find affordable kava

I found L-Theanine is pretty good for sleep. You can find pure powder online. Only need like 100-200mg or so. Amazing Botanicals might have some Im not sure

Where do you get the taurine? Thank you for the information!

I kind of love the red knockout lol... They are great for sleep and relaxing. Sometimes the greens and whites and stuff aren't too relaxing.

Most yelllows are a great middle ground.

Does anyone else have an issue with Kratom slowing your bladder down and makes it hard to urinate? Also, it will make my left leg swell.. Does anyone else have different side effects, but still continue to take it?

Yes to the difficulty urinating. This is a rather common side-effect of alkaloids that bond to opioid receptors. Caffeine works as a diuretic or try generic OTC panabrom (think it's for bloating during PMS), this works well too regardless of gender as a diuretic. Also drink lots of water and cran juice

I get a little headache sometimes, dry eyes, and need to drink more water but that's it.

Yes hydration is key, magnesium is a must as kray depletes it, you do and should replace electrolites in your body weekly. Salt sugar lemon mix or just look up how to rehydrate and electrolites in your body naturally.

Awesome, thank you!
