Extract

Hi yall, does extract work for you? Every time ive tried it, all it did was make me tired, is there a certain one that is energetic? 

I stay away from extracts   I  think the dose  will be  much higher ,  that is why your so tired.   It would be like taking  3x  -  5  x   your reg  dose

I would just mix  a teenie    amount  in my reg   dose  & see if that  helps    like if my dose is  3  grams    I would  kick in  less  than 1/3   -  1/2  gm  of  extract you need a good  gm  scale  to  make sure  &  keep  notes.  It will  increase  your tolerance  for  sure.

Have you tried  crushed leaf?   you can "brew"  as  weak or  as  strong as you like   The  green & white  can be  heated  like regular  tea  &  strained out for your dosage.  I think the crushed leaf can be more potent  than powder,   if you brew it  longer  with  lemon juice   to break it down

nope, havent tried crushed leaf yet, it does sound intriguing though lol. it's something I'll keep in mind! Whites usually trigger my anxieties, so Ik would have to be careful with that one lol

It just takes some time to brew.  if you have some extra minutes on the week end,   to  let it  get good and dark.  you could brew up a larger batch & keep it in the fridge for a few days.  I  break out my old  percolator  that works  great

Id like to try the crushed leaf too but would like to hear someone else tell me about their experience with it
